HBS Agent Ken Beck went well beyond our expectations when we asked him to review our former coverage, which we had maintained through another national insurance company for MANY years. We provided copies of former coverage and stated we did not want to decrease coverage nor increase deductibles. He matched or even increased coverages, while maintaining like deductibles at an impressive annual savings.
